Crane Hire Conditions

Crane hire terms and conditions of hire area as per CPA model conditions of hire/contract lifting (which can be found by clicking here).

With the Following Exceptions:

If during a hire it becomes apparent that there are no competent persons signalling the crane or managing the lift, we reserve the right to stop work until this is resolved. We will remain on-site for the duration of the hire.

When on a 3 or 4-hour hire, and the works are going to run over the booked time, we will give the customer the option to pay by the hour for extra hours worked, or turn the hire into a full days hire unless we have a follow-on hire, then we will leave the site at end of the hired slot.
